Camden. Here is a duplicate 35mm color slide of a photo by David R. Sweetland that was taken in Camden, New Jersey, on 30 August 1955. Prominent here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #4090, a B-6SB (0-6-0) switcher built in Juniata during October of 1916 and retired in October of 1956 after 40 years of faithful service. The road number of the Reading Railroad steam locomotive at the right is not recorded. ("Stoneborobranch"; #33 of 69) |
