Description:
Here is a photo by T. Martin Flattley, Jr., that was taken in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, on 17 May 1938. Shown here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #6281, an I-1S (2-10-0) "Decapod" built in Juniata during July of 1919, rebuilt as an I-1SA in August of 1944, and retired in March of 1950 after 31 years of service.
