PRR 3843, K-4S, 1946         
Here is a photo via Rail Photo Service. Shown here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #3843, a K-4S (4-6-2) "Pacific" built in Juniata during March of 1923 and retired in October of 1955 after 32 years of faithful service. This three-car local passenger train consists of a railway post office car, a combination car, and a P-70 passenger coach. The photographer's name, the exact date, and the location are not recorded.
