PRR 5780, BP-20, c. 1953         
Here is a photo by Wayne P. Ellis via Rail Photo Service. Shown here (R to L) is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #5780 and a "Shark" B-unit whose road number is not recorded. Both are BP-20's built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works and rated at 2,000 horsepower each. #5780 was constructed in October of 1948 and retired in May of 1964 after just 16 years of revenue service. The exact date and the location are not recorded. John S. Fisher Collection; #14 of 15.

warren evans General Tom I'm sorry to say that the that you show is way off! 1st notice the Keystone on the nose door it has the engine number inside instead of PRR. 2nd ths unit is still in Brunswick Green! 3rd the coupler door were removed! the correct year is around 1952 or 1953.
