| At many crossings between Buffalo and the greater Cleveland area, NS & CSX are feet apart. When in this case, CSX has a passing move but there is nothing taking place on NS, as a safety measure, the gate and outer lights will turn on so if an NS move shows up, your car won't be hit while waiting for the CSX move to pass. |
