| The Cimarron Valley operates several former Santa Fe branch lines out of Dodge City. One of them passes through Johnson, Kan, and on into Colorado. Were at the Kansas-Colorado line looking east, as we can see from the faint "Kansas" on the marker, letting crews know they are leaving all that mountain majesty behind and heading into the vast flatness of Kansas. |
