Tom Beckett General That's pipe. The plugs are made of some kind of plastic or rubber, intended to keep various road crud out of the pipes while in transit. Apparently the shipper is now worried about backdraft into the pipe from the rear, since only the front is sealed. 5/14/2016 3:12:51 AM
