| CN through freight has halted adjacent to Harrison St., split its train, and is now shoving 13 cars into the south end of the former SOO yard at Neenah, WI on 4 Jul. ’14. I presume they were going to drop off one or more of those cars before recoupling to the remainder of their train, which included a string of over 60 loaded Herzog ballast cars, and continuing on their way. I was not able to stay long enough to find out for sure. |
