Louisville & Nashville 40-foot box car 11111 was photographed on the Missouri Pacific in New Orleans. It had a CAPY of 110,000 pounds, a LD LMT of 128,600 and a LT WT of 48,400 for a gross rail load of 177,000 pounds. The type XM car had been overhauled at the railroad’s SOUTH LOUISVILLE SHOPS in November 1972, and the little lettering on the upper left corner identified its owner as the FLORIDA NATIONAL BANK AND TRUAST COMPANY AT MIAMI.
