UP Coal Empties, MP power on the Katy         
A quartet of MP-yellow SD50s (5028, 5054, 5048, 5036) bring an empty westbound coal train into tie old Katy junction at Smithville TX in June 1988. These units are only four years old as of this shot; they'd all be retired by 2001.
