Two NS B32s, 3540 and 3536, are on the point of Amtrak NEC train 176 at Lynchburg, VA.         
Amtrak engine 184's computer failed just seconds after departure forcing cancellation of train. Passengers bussed. Train hauled to Washington with NS power.
