Matt Giardino General Outsanding album Bob. I have to make one correction though. This is the Adirondack Railway Corporation which was in no way related to today's Adirondack Scenic Railroad. The Adirondack Railway went bankrupt shortly after your trip here, due to deteriorated track conditions and poor management. The track then sat dormant until 1992 when the Adirondack Centennial Railroad, an opreation of the Utical & Mohawk Valley Chapter NRHS, began running out of Thendara. It is this operation, handed over to the Adirondack Railway Preservation Society, that evolved into today's Adirondack Scenic Railroad. 1/30/2014 4:01:53 PM
