Tony Fernandez	General	Great shot! Built in Jul 1958, this was the former SD24 demonstrator EMD #5579 that came to the UP Aug 1961. This was the only high-nosed SD24 (cab) on the UP. I saw it being used as a yard switcher in Ogden, UT in Aug 1978. It was retired Jul 1981, sold to PNC, and rebuilt, it became ICG SD20 #2026 in Apr 1982.	12/6/2009 8:48:27 PM
