Description:  Ontario Hydro cabosse, HEPX 79640, dead heads back to Canada on an IMRL train in Sabula Iowa. The caboose is used to escort Hi-Wide transformer loads to and from power plants, (was used to deliver a transformer load to IMRL customer at the Byron Illinois nuclear power plant).
