Title:  PRR 6311, AF-27, 1966
Description:  12th Street. Here is an original photo that I took of a Pennsylvania Railroad train in Altoona, Pennsylvania, during March of 1966. Shown here is PRR engine #6311, an AF-27 built by the American Locomotive Company in 1965 and rated at 2,700 horsepower.
