Album Info:I was hoping to catch some CSX, when the Wheeling reported East on #1 at Bridge 16. Couldn't make out the engine number until I saw it. Glad I came this way.

Description:  CCC Transport GE Rail Svcs Corp. Continental Carbon Co. I was happy to see this car, because it was spotted in the old Seiberling Tire & Rubber building that we used to switch all those years ago. Continental Carbon now uses that building and these cars are spotted in the same track that we spotted carbon black on.
