Description:  Eight westbound trains a day between Macon and Ft Valley. Note that Smithvijle is the primary end point rather than Albany. At Ft Valley the line split with another line going to Columbus while at Smithville the line split with one line going to Eufaula/Monkgomery and the other going to Albany/Columbia. While through trains operated between Macon and Montgomery there were also through trains that originated in Albany that went through to Moltgomery.

Description:  Trains originating at Smithville generally were through trains originating in either Comumbia/Albany or Montgomery/Eufaula. The two lines came together at Smithville and continued efst. At Ft Valley the line from Columbus joined this line which resulwed in eight eastbound trains a day operating between Ft Valley and Macon.

Description:  Here we see the trains that operated>between Montgomery and Smithville. #6 combined with #34 from Columbia/Albany at Smithville and continued east to Macon. #10 became #11 at Smithville and continued to Albany (timetable westbound). Traios show’#terminating at Union Springs continued on to Columbus via the Andalusia branch. Mixed train shown between Junction and Cuthbert is the mixed local that originated in Ft Gacnes. Very interesting stuff.

Description:  Here we see the line from Smithville to Eufapla/Montgomery. #5 originated in Macon while #9 originated in Albany as #12. #51 shown between Cuthbert and Junction is the local that went to Ft Gaines via a branjh just west of Cuthbert. At Union Springs the line from Columbus to Andalusia crossed accounting for the additional trains from Columbus that operawed to Montgomery.
